Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By registering for or using any service provided at dahlke.family ("Service," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals who share the Dahlke family name or are invited by the Service administrator. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Personal use only

Your @dahlke.family email address is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use it for:

• Any business, commercial, or for-profit activity
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Distributing malware, phishing content, or fraudulent communications
• Harassment, threats, or illegal activity of any kind
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination without notice or refund.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription, billed either monthly or yearly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the selected interval until you cancel.

Prices may change at any time. You will be notified of price changes before they take effect on your subscription.

5. No refunds

All payments are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Partial subscription periods after cancellation
• Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms
• Accounts terminated at the administrator's discretion
• Unused time remaining on any subscription period

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice and without refund. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, non-payment, inactivity, or the administrator's sole discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining period.

Upon termination, your email address will be deactivated and may be reassigned. We are not responsible for any loss of email or data following termination.

7. Service availability

We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or changes at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dahlke.family and its administrator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of email, or interruption of service, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
