Overview

dahlke.family provides hosted email mailbox subscriptions billed on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your email account until the period ends. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Partial-period refunds

We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the period you have already paid for expires.

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged in error, or if you experience a service failure that prevents you from using your mailbox, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your request. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Terminated accounts

Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.
